In the Fall of 2006 Briarcliffe College inaugurated its’ first interscholastic tennis season. Playing primarily against local area colleges, Briarcliffe will be fielding both Women’s (Fall) and Men’s (Spring) teams.

Briarcliffe’s teams will be coached by Professor Bill Mecca, a member of the Briarcliffe faculty and a Certified US Professional Tennis Association and US Tennis Association Instructor and Coach. Coach Mecca is also a member of the US Tennis Association’s Eastern Division Intercollegiate Committee.

Anyone, no matter their skill level, who is interested in the team should contact Coach Mecca at bmecca@bcl.edu. There is a 'no cut' policy in effect, all are welcome to try out and work out with the team.
